Forest School style session for families. Similar in structure to our weekly tots groups, we offer craft and free play in the woods, and hot drinks. Suitable for families, up to age 12ish. Non walking baby siblings, and accompanying adults free.
Please bring your own cups, and you are welcome to bring your own snacks and drinks, but please take all rubbish away with you. No dogs please.
Expect woodland exploration, play and games, tool use, and seasonal craft. Adults will be encouraged to help their children with tools and craft. It will be muddy in places, and we may visit a stream for splashing purposes.
There is shelter, toilet and handwashing at site, with a handwashing station in the woods.
The site is hilly on the approach and is suitable for all terrain pushchairs.
No charge for non walking baby siblings, and they are not counted in numbers or on our tickets. Tickets start at £17.50 for the Christmas sessions, and £15 for the shorter January sessions.

January Sessions are two hours and will be a winter craft plus the usual fire, woodland activities and snack. A good way to get some fresh air and New Year outdoor time.
Suitable for families. Tickets are for children - accompanying adults (3 maximum) are free. No charge for non mobile baby siblings. Suitable for children aged 2-12 ish.
There will be leaders dogs present at the session. No other dogs are permitted.
