Party length: 2 hours

We will provide games and activities to your theme for 1.5 hours, allowing 30 minutes for party food and cake, both provided by you unless agreed otherwise.

Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your party start time in order to set your party food up and greet your guests. We have our own signs by the road but please bring balloons if you require them.

We can provide a fire during your party with us cooking sausage hot dogs or veggie campfire pizza for your specified number of child attendees. There is an additional charge of £40 for this, please ask when you contact us.

We always provide tea/coffee for adults, and water refills for children. Please bring your own cups.

You are welcome to bring your own party food and drink in addition to or instead of the hot dogs cooked by us. Please arrange to take any rubbish from this away with you.

We also provide hand washing and toilet facilities, tables for your birthday cake and drinks, and shelter from sun or rain for your party food. Our eating area is under cover.

Please arrange to take any party food waste away with you.

Parties 2021

All our parties are either morning 10am - midday, or afternoon 1.15 -3.15pm. They are bookable with a £30 deposit on our ticketing website here:

Who can come?

Parties will be hosted by a Forest School Leader with one or two assistants, with DBS check, outdoor first aid certificate, and food hygiene certificate.
Party organisers will be responsible for attending children at all times.
The birthday child is free. All other children attending, including siblings of the birthday child or their guests, are charged at £10 per child, except for babies under 18 months, for which there is no charge.
All siblings must be included in your adult:child ratio, and babies, whilst free, must have an additional adult each. All terrain pushchairs can be brought, but be aware that the woodland approach is quite hilly.
Please ask guests to wear suitable clothes that might get dirty, closed toed shoes, and long sleeves and legs, and to bring extra warm layers, and waterproofs and boots if it's wet. We run in all weathers!
Extra adults are welcome to stay, (up to your limit of 30 persons) and are expected to join in with activities! Wear suitable sturdy shoes (no sandals/flip flops), and warm layers of old clothes.
